Services
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Specialist treatment for spinal and joint conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our Chartered Physiotherapists use manual therapy, acupuncture, and tailored exercise programs to address muscle strains, ligament sprains, and chronic pain conditions. Evidence-based interventions help patients regain mobility and function following injuries or surgeries.
Clinical Pilates
1:1 and group Pilates sessions for injury recovery and general wellness. Combining mat and reformer equipment, our programmes improve core stability, posture, and flexibility. Tailored to individual needs, these sessions support rehabilitation from back pain, joint issues, and postnatal conditions while maintaining fitness for healthy clients.
Paediatric Physiotherapy
Specialist care for children aged 0-18 with developmental or physical conditions. Our APACP-registered physiotherapists assess motor skills, treat neuromuscular disorders, and create play-based therapy plans. We address cerebral palsy, hypermobility, sports injuries, and developmental delays through engaging, family-centred interventions that promote normal movement patterns.
Shockwave Therapy
Non-invasive treatment for chronic tendon injuries using acoustic wave technology. Delivered by qualified physiotherapists, this NICE-recommended therapy treats plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and shoulder tendinopathy. Typically requiring 4-6 sessions, it stimulates tissue repair and reduces pain where conventional physiotherapy has failed.
Women's Health
Specialist physiotherapy for pelvic floor dysfunction, postnatal recovery, and women's health issues. Services include pelvic organ prolapse assessment, bladder dysfunction treatment, and postnatal MOTs. Individualised programmes combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to address pre/post-natal concerns and improve overall pelvic health.
