Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through evidence-based interventions. We combine manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to treat back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Our approach integrates clinical expertise with individualised care plans, focusing on restoring mobility and preventing recurrence. With specialist spinal rehabilitation capabilities, we utilise state-of-the-art Pilates equipment for progressive strengthening programs.
Pilates
Pilates rehabilitation targets core stability and functional movement patterns to improve posture and prevent injuries. Our sessions use mat-based and equipment-assisted exercises tailored to individual needs, from post-natal recovery to sports performance enhancement. The program adapts to varying fitness levels, incorporating progressive resistance training and movement re-education for optimal musculoskeletal health.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture treatment utilises traditional techniques combined with modern physiotherapy principles to manage pain and inflammation. By stimulating specific points, we trigger natural pain-relieving chemicals to aid recovery and improve sleep quality. This complementary therapy works alongside rehabilitation programs to enhance treatment outcomes for chronic pain conditions and acute injuries.
Massage
Our massage therapy includes sports, holistic, and pregnancy-specific treatments to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. Tailored techniques address sports recovery needs, chronic pain management, and prenatal comfort. The sessions incorporate myofascial release and trigger point therapy to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and enhance overall well-being through targeted soft tissue manipulation.
