Online Physiotherapy Report

Physiotherapy by video with an HCPC-registered physiotherapist, starting with a free initial video assessment. Follow-ups are 120 GBP for four sessions.

Physiotherapy Follow-up Report

Follow-up physiotherapy treatment sessions, typically 30 to 45 minutes, continuing your assessment and rehabilitation plan with a strength-led approach.

Sports Massage Report

Sports massage at 100 Giles Street, Leith. 30-minute (40 GBP) and 60-minute (60 GBP) sessions, with a monthly subscription available at 42 GBP.

Thrive Rehab Classes Report

Small-group rehabilitation classes for people living with chronic conditions such as stroke, MS and Parkinson's, and for post-surgical recovery. Delivered at our 100 Giles Street clinic. 70 GBP per month, with 15% of spaces reserved free for people who cannot afford to pay.

Movement MOT Report

A 60-minute screening of how you move, covering six movement patterns, with a written summary and a clear plan. 100 GBP. Physiotherapy clients usually start with the physiotherapy assessment instead.

Post-natal Physiotherapy Report

Physiotherapy for post-natal clients: return to fitness, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, and pain management, led by an HCPC-registered physiotherapist.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation Report

Assessment and strength-led rehabilitation for sports injuries. We work with runners, cyclists, team-sport players, lifters and CrossFit athletes on recovery and return to sport.
