Services
Physiotherapy Treatments
Our physiotherapy services combine hands-on techniques, electrotherapy, and tailored exercise programs to address musculoskeletal conditions. We specialise in treating arthritis, sports injuries, and chronic pain through evidence-based methods. Each treatment plan focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future injuries, delivered by HCPC-registered physiotherapists with over 30 years of combined experience.
Shockwave Therapy
Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) treats tendon injuries and chronic soft tissue conditions using non-invasive sound waves. This medication-free approach stimulates tissue regeneration for conditions like plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow. Six sessions typically achieve lasting pain relief, with benefits including reduced scar tissue and improved circulation, supported by our specialist physiotherapists.
Physio-led Pilates
Led by APPI-trained physiotherapists, our Pilates classes strengthen cores, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Tailored 1:1 sessions and group classes cater to all fitness levels, using controlled movements to address knee/hip issues or general musculoskeletal health. This low-impact method supports rehabilitation and long-term wellness.
Chronic Pain Management
Our holistic approach combines exercise programs, mindfulness, and nutritional guidance to manage persistent pain. We address conditions like fibromyalgia through multidisciplinary strategies including CBT and yoga, aiming to reduce medication dependency. Personalised plans focus on improving daily function and quality of life for patients with long-term pain conditions.
Diagnostic Ultrasound
State-of-the-art musculoskeletal ultrasound provides real-time imaging for accurate diagnosis of tendon, ligament, and joint conditions. This non-invasive tool guides treatment decisions for injuries like rotator cuff tears or plantar fasciitis. Dynamic scanning allows immediate comparison with unaffected areas, ensuring precise assessment without radiation exposure.
