Just wanted to say a massive thanks for fixing my tendinitis and giving me so many years of truly delightful running since I came to see you 4 years ago or so I am still regularly doing all the exercises you gave me (+ new variants) to stay strong.This winter I will do a bit of biking into the mix too, so you never know, might do a tri next year. Melanie is a fantastic physio.
She has successfully helped me with a long term injury. I felt incredibly confident with Mel because her knowledge is extensive and her manner very professional.
