Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. We combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to restore mobility and function. Treatments target joint and muscle pain, sports injuries, and work-related strains, with tailored programmes for long-term recovery and injury prevention.
Sports Injuries
Specialised treatment for sports-related injuries including muscle sprains, ligament damage, and overuse conditions. We provide rapid recovery protocols, biomechanical assessments, and sport-specific rehabilitation programmes. Our approach combines hands-on therapy with targeted exercises to restore performance levels and prevent recurrence in active individuals.
Paediatrics
Developmental assessments and treatment for children's musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. We address delayed motor skills, postural issues, and injury rehabilitation through play-based therapy sessions. Our specialists work closely with families to implement home exercise programmes that support children's physical development and functional independence.
Acupuncture
Complementary acupuncture treatments for pain management and musculoskeletal conditions. Delivered by trained physiotherapists as part of integrated treatment plans, this evidence-based approach helps reduce chronic pain, muscle tension, and inflammation while promoting natural healing processes and improved mobility.
Pelvic Floor Assessment
Specialised assessment and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, including post-natal recovery and menopause-related issues. Our physiotherapists provide individualised rehabilitation programmes combining manual therapy, biofeedback, and targeted exercises to improve pelvic health, continence, and overall quality of life.
